Prices are for weekly bookings starting from the dates shown, running from Saturday to Saturday. You can, of course, book for more than one week.

Prices are all-inclusive and quoted in £ sterling. A deposit equal to 30% of the total cost is required on booking, with payment of the balance 28 days before arrival.

Guests have access to the apartment at 4pm on the day of arrival; however luggage can be left earlier and guests are required to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.

These rates are for two persons only. Additional persons can be accommodated at £50.00 each per week.This rate is for low season breaks typically November to February[not including Christmas/New Year or school holidays].

If you want to get away for a relaxing long weekend or a mid-week break, Longbridge Wharf also offers short-notice breaks (4 weeks’ notice in the high season – end of May to end of September).

Short breaks give you the chance to get away from it all, to explore the fabulous Devon countryside, cycle the nearby Tarka Trail, or bring a few friends for a weekend’s peaceful fishing.

• 2-night breaks (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) are charged at 52% of the weekly rate.

• 3 or 4-night breaks (Sun/Mon to Thur/Fri) are charged at 70% of the weekly rate.
