Guests at Longbridge Wharf can fish from the very spacious balcony for Flounders, Eels, Bass, Whiting and Mullet etc.
On the first day we had access to the apartment we had an excellent few hours fishing with bites on every cast. There were lots of small Bass with some larger ones to 6lb, (see bottom picture) and all to peeler crab bait.

Fishing sessions from the balcony since then have produced lots of small to medium-sized Flounders with a lot of larger fish to 1lb 12ozs, plus the odd Eel, all to harbour rag or maddies. Several times we’ve hardly touched the bottom with peeler crab before a School Bass or a larger ‘keepable’ specimen is hooked.
